Sub-processors List

Current Sub-Processors

The following third-party sub-processors are engaged by AgentBrush to provide the service:

- Clerk — Purpose: Authentication and identity management. Data categories: Email address, display name, profile picture, authentication tokens. Location: United States.

- Stripe — Purpose: Payment processing and subscription management. Data categories: Billing address, payment method details, transaction history. Location: United States.

- Cloudflare — Purpose: Hosting, CDN, R2 object storage, Workers serverless compute. Data categories: Request metadata, generated images, static assets. Location: Global (edge network).

- Upstash — Purpose: Rate limiting and token quota management. Data categories: Usage counters, rate limit state (no PII). Location: European Union.

- OpenAI — Purpose: AI image generation (primary model). Data categories: Generation prompts, resulting images. Location: United States.

- OpenRouter — Purpose: AI image generation (fallback model). Data categories: Generation prompts, resulting images. Location: United States.

- Sentry — Purpose: Error monitoring and performance tracking. Data categories: Error context data (PII scrubbed — no email, IP, or personal identifiers). Location: United States.

Notification of Changes

We will update this page when sub-processors are added or removed. Business customers with a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) will be notified via email at least 30 days before any changes take effect.
