EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

Waiver for digital content (Art. 16(m)): By making your first image generation request, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital content service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. You will be informed of this waiver before your first generation.

If you have not used any generation tokens, you may exercise your withdrawal right by contacting us at [email protected] within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Token-Based Billing

AgentBrush uses a token-based billing model. Each subscription plan includes a monthly token allocation. Tokens are consumed when you make image generation requests. Token consumption varies by preset and model used.

Unused tokens do not roll over between billing cycles.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

- Service errors or downtime: If a generation fails due to a service error (HTTP 5xx) and tokens were deducted, we will automatically refund the tokens to your balance. If the issue is widespread, affected users will be credited.

- Duplicate charges: If you are charged twice for the same billing period, the duplicate charge will be refunded.

- Unused tokens on plan cancellation: If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you may request a pro-rata refund for unused tokens remaining in your current billing period.

Refunds are not issued for:

- Content policy violations: Generations blocked by our content moderation system do not consume tokens and are not eligible for refunds.

- Subjective dissatisfaction: We cannot guarantee that generated images will meet your creative expectations.
