Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

AgentBrush is designed for commercial and personal AI image generation. You may use the Service to generate images for:

- Commercial purposes (marketing materials, product imagery, branding, web design).

- Personal creative projects.

- Research and educational purposes.

All generated images are subject to the terms of the upstream AI models (OpenAI and OpenRouter). You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.

Prohibited Content

You may not use AgentBrush to generate, attempt to generate, or distribute the following types of content:

- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Any content depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

- Non-consensual intimate imagery: Realistic depictions of real persons in intimate or sexual situations without their consent (including deepfakes).

- Harassment and threats: Content that targets, harasses, threatens, or promotes violence against any individual or group.

- Intellectual property infringement: Content that knowingly infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

- Malware and deception: Content designed to deceive, defraud, or facilitate phishing, scams, or social engineering attacks.

- Regulated goods promotion: Content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or other regulated goods in violation of applicable law.

Prohibited Behavior

You may not engage in the following activities:

- Account farming: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, exploit free tiers, or evade enforcement actions.

- Rate limit evasion: Attempting to bypass or circumvent rate limits through any technical means.

- API abuse: Using the API in a manner that degrades service for other users, including excessive parallel requests beyond your plan's allowance.

- Automated scraping: Using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to extract data from the AgentBrush web platform (API access is available through legitimate plans).

Enforcement Actions

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the following enforcement actions, depending on the severity and nature of the violation:

- Warning: Notification of the violation and request to cease the prohibited activity.

- Throttling: Temporary reduction of your service limits.

- Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account pending investigation.

- Termination: Permanent termination of your account and deletion of associated data.

Severe violations (CSAM, harassment, threats) may result in immediate termination without prior warning, and we may report the activity to law enforcement authorities.

Appeal Process

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the action. We will review your appeal and respond within 14 business days.

Appeals for immediate terminations due to severe violations will be reviewed but the account will remain terminated during the review process.
